Exchanges & Returns

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 
The consumer has the right to notify the company that he cancels the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within fourteen calendar days from the day following the delivery of the good or the conclusion of the service agreement. 

RETURNS 
Moms to the Max is committed to give the best infomation about the products as possible. But if despite this a purchesed product does not meet your requirements, you can return it freely within 14 days, counting from the day of delivery. You do not have to give any reason for the return. 

You will go through this process below: 
- To give your return e-mail us at info@momstothemax.be. You mention the product and your order number. 
- We will send you a reply with further instructions. 


The product to be returned must be complete, in the original condition and must not be damaged. The product should not be worn yet (of course you can fit it) or washed. 
It is your responsibility that the products are safe and protected when they remain in your possession and are being send back. Therefore pack the producst carefully. 

Moms to the Max reserves the right to refuse a return and reject refund in the following cases: 
- The products are no longer in its original state. 
- The products are not properly packaged and thereby damaged. 
- Products are missing. 
- You returned products for which you have not paid. 
If products are damaged Moms to the Max can charge you for required repairs.

EXCHANGES 
Moms to the Max tries to do everything to make the information on the webshop so clear and bright that you buy the right size. If you have questions about sizes, you can also always call (+32 472 54 02 66) or send an email (info@momstothemax.be). 
But if, despite the information giving, a product doesn't fit, you can always exchange it within 14 days. 


You follow the following procedure: 
- You report your exchange by e-mail at info@momstothemax.be. You mention the product and your order number. In addition, you should state clearly which product you want to receive. This product has to have the same value as the product you'll send back. If the product has a different value, you should follow the procedure of return and then place a new order. 
- We will send you a reply with further instructions.
